Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks a Senior Manager, Proposals to lead development of capabilities presentations, RFIs/RFPs, and sales collateral. You will craft engaging content, guide messaging, and align with brand standards across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strong writing, leadership in content strategy, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals with tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or relevant field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in proposal writing, copywriting, content marketing, or related areas.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with diverse teams and executive leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Content Development: curate information about Precision teams and offerings to communicate capabilities and value to clients.
• Review RFIs and RFPs and apply key information for each opportunity.
• Speculatively craft narrative content in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint before feedback.
• Drive storytelling as you craft executive summaries, slide titles, case studies, and other deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure messaging consistency.
• Train colleagues on effective storytelling and maintain off-the-shelf content libraries.
