Job summary

EFI Global is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to develop and respond to RFPs/RFQs, collaborating with SMEs to deliver timely, accurate, and tailored proposals. The role supports pursuing Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Environmental and other Professional Services opportunities. The fully remote position prefers East Coast locations, with flexibility for other U.S.

sites. Candidates will manage deadlines, quality, and library updates while contributing to a high‑performing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of four (4) years of related experience.
At least one (1) year of project management experience required
Strong grammar and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

Reviews and vets RFP & RFQ opportunities in collaboration with regional leadership & SMEs, coordinating and responding to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Provides initial draft of each request to various SMEs and incorporates edits or updates to the response.
Ensures initial draft is compliant, responsive, and tailored to each client’s needs.
Ensures security and integrity of all proposal documentation and manages timelines for responses.
Develops and maintains proposal best practices and supports proposal library updates.
