Job summary

EFI Global is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to develop and respond to RFPs/RFQs, collaborating with SMEs to deliver timely, accurate, and tailored proposals. The role supports pursuing Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Environmental and other Professional Services opportunities. The fully remote position prefers East Coast locations, with flexibility for other U.S.

sites. Candidates will manage deadlines, quality, and library updates while contributing to a high‑performing

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist with a proven track record supporting Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), Environmental, and other Professional Services pursuits. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing high-quality, compliant, and persuasive RFP/RFQ responses, partnering with technical subject matter experts, and managing multiple pursuit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
