Job summary

EFI Global is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to support AEC, environmental, and other professional services pursuits. The role is fully remote and focuses on developing high-quality, compliant RFP/RFQ responses, coordinating with SMEs, and managing multiple pursuit deadlines in a fast-paced environment to help win new business and showcase client value.

Candidates should have 5+ years of professional experience in proposals or related fields, at least 1 year of project management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of related experience in proposals or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of project management experience.
• At least one (1) year of proofreading and editing experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and vets RFP & RFQ opportunities with SMEs to coordinate timely submissions.
• Provides initial drafts to SMEs and incorporates edits or updates to responses.
• Ensures documents are compliant, responsive, and tailored to client needs.
• Manages timelines and production of the final master proposal; maintains proposal library.
