Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead compliant, compelling responses for US federal opportunities in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management (AECM) and Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernisation (FSRM). This remote role requires extensive proposal leadership experience in the federal market and strong writing and editing skills.

Qualifications

BS or BA in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or an A/E/C industry‑related field is required.
10+ years of experience developing proposals is required, to include:
5+ years of relevant A/E/C proposal experience, including preparation of qualification statements and technical proposals for federal government agencies (SF330 format).
3+ years leading proposal teams, analyzing RFP/RFQ packages for requirements, developing proposal outlines, and assigning roles & responsibilities.
3+ years of experience with SF330 Federal Proposal Experience.
Background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the full proposal process to produce high‑quality, compliant proposals for US federal opportunities in AECM/FSRM.
Lead and manage assigned proposal teams; coordinate resources, roles, and schedules.
Conduct market research and develop RFI, SSN, and proposal solutions.
Coordinate and lead color team reviews and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements.
Prepare resumes, boilerplate content, and qualification statements for client submittals.
