Job summary

EFI Global is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to develop high-quality, compliant RFP/RFQ responses for AEC and related professional services.

The role is fully remote with preference for East Coast candidates; other U.S. locations considered for relevant experience with public-sector pursuits. The candidate will collaborate with SMEs, manage multiple deadlines, and contribute to proposal strategy and library development.

Qualifications

• Experience developing persuasive RFP/RFQ responses for AEC or professional services.
• Ability to coordinate SMEs and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Proven track record delivering compliant, high-quality proposals.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and vets RFP & RFQ opportunities with regional leadership and SMEs.
• Provides initial draft of responses and coordinates edits with SMEs.
• Ensures drafts are compliant and tailored to client needs.
• Maintains proposal documentation security and integrity.
• Manages timelines and final master proposal production.
• Helps develop best practices in proposal management.
• Performs additional related duties as needed.
