Job summary

EFI Global is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to develop and respond to information requests and proposals. You will collaborate with SMEs to ensure timely, accurate responses and oversee the quality and cohesiveness of each submission.

The role is fully remote with preference for candidates on the East Coast; other US locations will be considered for those with relevant public-sector RFP/RFQ experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferred.
• Minimum four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; at least one year of project management experience and one year of proofreading/editing experience.
• Eight to ten years of related experience, or equivalent; five+ years of proposal management experience preferred in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Review RFP & RFQ opportunities with regional leadership and SMEs and coordinate timely submissions.
• Provide initial drafts to SMEs and incorporate edits to responses.
• Ensure drafts are compliant, responsive, and tailored to client needs.
• Maintain the security and integrity of all proposal documentation.
• Develop and document new proposal requirements with SMEs; maintain proposal timelines.
• Coordinate final master proposal production and internal reviews.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple pursuit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Support other duties and proposal library updates as needed.
