Job summary

TransUnion’s Bids and Proposals team supports sales growth by developing accurate, compliant responses to customer requests, including RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and vendor forms. This is a remote position with occasional in-person attendance at events as needed.

The role reports to the Director, Sales Enablement and collaborates with Sales, Account Management, Legal, Privacy, and more to deliver high-quality proposals and maintain content.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in proposal management or closely related field.
• Strong business writing, editing, and document-management experience.
• Experience applying standardized proposal-development processes to manage complex responses.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, vendor forms, and related customer-response projects from intake to submission.
• Develop clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal responses.
• Build plans and schedules based on complexity and deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional proposal teams across multiple functions.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and action items while ensuring on-time delivery.
• Maintain and improve reusable proposal content and governance practices.
• Review and update proposal content in response to changes.
• Apply standardized processes to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Communicate status and escalation needs in a deadline-driven environment.
