UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Proposal Production Manager to lead the production and formatting of complex Medicaid proposals from RFP release to submission. You will build strong relationships with print vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, high-quality deliverables.

The role supports remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with occasional travel up to 10% as proposal schedules require.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in deadline-driven environments with multiple priorities.
• 5+ years of RFP experience across Medicaid programs.
• 5+ years of Medicaid-related production, formatting or submission work.
• 5+ years of print or layout work supporting proposals and documents.
• 5+ years of project or process management responsibilities.
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with template/macros skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro for document handling and security.
• Willing to travel up to 10% as required by proposal schedules.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end production and formatting of complex Medicaid proposals from RFP release to submission.
• Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet RFP specs and quality standards.
• Oversee build, fillable PDFs, flattening, pagination and redaction as needed.
• Drive continuous production process improvements, including AI integrations and policy updates.
• Delegate tasks to the production team and coordinate printing or digital submission.
