Job summary

Bodwé Group Companies in Kalamazoo, MI, leads end-to-end development of compliant federal and non-federal proposals. You will coordinate content, customize resumes and project sheets, and oversee graphics to meet brand standards.

The role requires 3 years of federal proposal and AEC proposal coordination experience, plus strong writing and editing skills and MS Office proficiency. Remote or hybrid work options are available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of federal proposal experience
• Three (3) years of proposal coordination experience in AEC industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), Open Asset and CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and MS Teams)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under multiple strict deadlines and compressed schedules
• Self-motivated with the agility to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of compliant proposals for federal and non-federal clients.
• Manage proposal solicitation response schedules and team assignments.
• Coordinate content development, write non-technical sections, and oversee graphics and layout.
