AC Disaster Consulting seeks a Proposal Coordinator to support end-to-end proposal development and submission efforts for government and private-sector opportunities. You’ll analyze RFPs, create compliant content, and coordinate inputs across teams to meet tight deadlines.

The role is remote with up to 10% travel, offering hourly compensation and a fast-paced BD environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal development, writing, and editing.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliant, competitive proposals from identification to submission.
• Analyze solicitations, build compliance matrices, and draft content.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to gather inputs and manage timelines.
• Maintain proposal libraries, resumes, and past performance data; ensure CRM data quality.
• Enforce timelines, support bid calendars, reviews, and final submissions.
• Review content for quality and consistency with editors and operations.
