Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal and qualifications development, writing, and editing.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Experience with government proposals and BD processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Development: end-to-end development of compliant, competitive proposals.
• RFP Analysis & Compliance: analyze solicitations and build compliance matrices.
• Coordination & Communication: collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Content & Data Management: maintain libraries, resumes, past performance, CRM data quality.
• Process Support: enforce timelines, manage bids calendar, ensure timely submissions.
• Quality Assurance: edit content, ensure high standards in materials.
• Collaboration: participate in kickoffs, reviews, and BD meetings.
