Job summary

AC Disaster Consulting is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support end-to-end proposal development from opportunity identification to final submission. This remote role involves collaborating with internal teams and subcontractors to gather input, schedule work, and manage deliverables.

The position requires 3+ years of proposal experience, a related bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office and Adobe skills to produce compliant, high‑quality proposals on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal and qualifications development, writing, and editing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and other marketing software

Responsibilities

• Proposal Development: Support end-to-end development of compliant, competitive proposals—from opportunity identification to final submission.
• RFP Analysis & Compliance: Analyze solicitations, build compliance matrices, and support content creation to meet all requirements.
• Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to gather input, coordinate schedules, and manage deliverables.
• Content & Data Management: Maintain proposal libraries, resumes, past performance profiles, document control, and CRM data quality.
• Process Support: Enforce proposal timelines, support bids calendar management, facilitate reviews, and ensure completeness of submissions.
• Quality Assurance: Review content, ensure consistency, and work with editors to uphold high standards.
• Collaboration: Participate in kickoff meetings, reviews, and debriefs, coordinating with marketing and data teams on proposal graphics.
