Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal and qualifications development, writing, and editing.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field (years of experience may substitute per policy).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and other needed marketing software.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end development of compliant, competitive proposals—from opportunity identification to final submission.
• Analyze solicitations, build compliance matrices, and support content creation to meet all requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to gather input, coordinate schedules, and manage deliverables.
• Maintain proposal libraries, resumes, past performance profiles, document control, and CRM data quality.
• Track proposal metrics, FOIAs, and incorporate feedback to improve processes.
• Enforce proposal timelines and manage calendar for bids and submissions.
• Review content for quality and coordinate with editors and operations teams.
• Participate in kickoff meetings, solutioning, reviews, and debriefs with marketing and data teams.
