BBCH Support Services, LLC is seeking a motivated proposal specialist to join our team. This remote role offers growth potential and exposure to both federal and commercial bids. You will manage data calls, coordinate with SMEs, and craft compliant proposal content under senior staff guidance.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and teamwork across departments to deliver polished bid packages on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or related field.
2+ years of experience managing bids, writing proposals, grants, or similar documents with deadlines.
Knowledge of public, private, and federal bidding processes and compliance.
2+ years of RFP/RFQ experience in construction or related industries.
Experience with proposal management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the full bid lifecycle from pre-qualification to contract award.
Coordinate data collection with internal and external stakeholders for proposal sections.
Develop accurate proposal content aligned with RFP requirements.
Write, edit, and format proposal documents and resumes.
Maintain data and records of bid activities for easy retrieval.
