Job summary

Global Channel Managementinc seeks a Remote Bid Solution Architect to lead and write technical government proposals. You will own the bid response, coordinate with sales, management, and technical teams, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all technical content.

The role requires strong writing skills, experience with large-scale distributed systems, and a background in Java/.NET development, DevOps, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience in technical government proposal responses.
• Strong written communication skills; writing proposals will be a primary responsibility.
• Bachelor degree in a related technical major (or comparable work experience).
• Experience with large-scale distributed computing systems in enterprise-wide environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the bid technical response in coordination with management, technical team, and sales.
• Coordinate with sales, capture personnel, practice leaders and technical team to gather required proposal content.
• Write and review technical content for proposals.
• Prepare solution concepts, cost estimates, pricing, and technical proposal write-ups aligned with win strategy.
• Develop pre-sell materials, proposals, presentations, and product demos.
• Ensure technical proposals are accurate, timely, and well written.
• Write proposal technical sections, white papers, and technical specification sheets.
• Lead and analyze RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and other bid documents; identify gaps and coordinate with product team on roadmap.
• Assist in building proposal compliance matrix and track fulfillment of requirements.
• Upon award, transfer knowledge to implementation teams.
