Qualifikationen

• 3 to 6 years’ experience in the CRO industry in proposals, pricing, and related roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Scientific Discipline, Finance, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM, SharePoint, Ariba, Workday, and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Interpret and assess requests for proposal (RFPs) or information (RFIs) and build a response addressing sponsor requirements.
• Coordinate with Business Development Leads and SMEs to build an operational strategy.
• Coordinate with SMEs to provide responses to sponsor questions and concerns.
• Collect specifications and build a budget detailing deliverables, pricing, resourcing and timelines.
• Support the defense of proposals and pricing to Sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve the proposal budgeting process using technology to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Maintain internal proposal and response libraries.
