Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a seasoned Marketing & Proposal Specialist to lead complex proposals and support business development for data center and mission-critical opportunities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing, proposal, or related professional-services experience in A/E/C or consulting.
• Experience in an architecture/engineering marketing environment or with sophisticated A/E communications.
• Experience using generative AI or emerging technologies in marketing/proposal workflows.
• Strong writing, editing, and project-management capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex proposals, qualifications packages, and competitive pursuits from strategy to submission.
• Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, and client-focused messaging with cross-functional teams.
• Drive adoption of generative AI and marketing technologies across workflows.
• Manage multiple pursuits with timelines, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Write/edit proposals, executive summaries, resumes, and marketing content.
• Translate technical information into clear client communications and visuals.
