Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Specialist to lead complex proposals and marketing materials for architecture, engineering, commissioning, and consulting services, including data center opportunities. You will guide strategy, win themes, and client messaging, translating technical content into compelling communications.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in A/E marketing or professional services, strong writing and project management skills, and experience using AI tools to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communications or related field.
• 7+ years in marketing, proposal, or related professional-services experience in A/E/C or consulting.
• Experience in A/E marketing environments or producing marketing/proposal materials.
• Practical experience with generative AI or similar technologies in marketing/proposal workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex proposals and pursuits.
• Excellent writing, editing, and project-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and senior leadership.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial, manufacturing, and mission-critical/data center proposals and qualifications packages.
• Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, and client-focused messaging.
• Support adoption of generative AI and marketing technologies in workflows.
• Manage multiple pursuits, schedules, and deadlines with high quality.
• Write and edit compelling proposal content and client communications.
• Translate technical information into clear, client-focused communications.
• Communicate technical concepts through graphics and visual storytelling.
• Develop marketing materials for A/E audiences and projects.
