Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support an operating unit’s proposal development and visual communications. The role blends content creation with document formatting and design across multiple channels in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities include developing business development materials, creating branded graphics, and producing social and internal content while adhering to branding standards in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, visual communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum experience: 3 years in marketing, proposal coordination, graphic design, communications, or related role
• Advanced Word proficiency, including Styles and templates, large document formatting, section breaks, headers/footers, automatic numbering, cross-references, TOCs, troubleshooting
• Strong PowerPoint proficiency
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and ability to create branded graphics and layouts
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Pre-employment drug screening compliance
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Support development, production, and submission of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and other materials
• Format, edit, proofread, and quality-control complex documents in Word and Creative Cloud
• Create visuals including infographics, org charts, proposal graphics, diagrams, presentations, brochures
• Develop content and graphics for social media, SharePoint, intranet communications, announcements, and project highlights
• Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and marketing to translate technical info into clear content
• Maintain project descriptions, resumes, templates, graphics libraries, and marketing resources
• Ensure deliverables follow Tetra Tech branding and look professional
• Support multimedia and digital initiatives including video, animation, and AI marketing tools
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
