Geographic Technologies Group (GTG) seeks a Creative Specialist, Marketing and Proposals to blend visual design with persuasive copy for government-focused campaigns. You will craft content, design collateral, and help win proposals and presentations while maintaining GTG branding across channels.

The role covers writing, design, and proposal layouts in Word and PowerPoint, plus sales-support tasks. This remote role offers a fast-paced environment with deadlines and campaign-driven goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, geography, GIS, or graphic design.
• 3+ years of professional marketing and proposal experience, including at least 1 year supporting commercial or B2B/B2G sales.
• At least 2 years designing proposals, statements of qualifications or other long, deadline-driven documents, preferably for government buyers.
• Advanced Word skills (styles, templates, section breaks, tables, captions) and strong PowerPoint skills.
• A portfolio that includes at least one proposal or long-form document, not just marketing pieces.
• Ability to work fast and accurately under fixed deadlines.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience using Claude Design or similar AI-assisted design tools.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with samples across multiple formats.
• Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines tied to RFPs and campaigns.
