Job summary

MMS is a data-focused CRO serving pharma, biotech, and medical device industries. We are seeking a proposals and pricing specialist in Bridgeport, CT to build compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs and create clear budgets aligning with Sponsor requirements.

You will collaborate with Business Development and SMEs to deliver differentiated proposals, manage budgets, and support internal approvals. This role emphasizes process improvement, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of CROs and clinical data/terminology in drug development.
• Experience in proposals, pricing, and related roles in CROs (3–6 years).
• Bachelor’s in scientific discipline, finance, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and assess RFPs/RFIs and build competitive responses.
• Coordinate with Business Development leads and SMEs to address Sponsor needs.
• Coordinate with SMEs to provide responses to Sponsor questions and concerns.
• Collect specifications and build budgets outlining deliverables, pricing, resourcing and timelines.
• Support defense of proposals and pricing to Sponsors and internal approvers.
• Continuously improve proposal processes and libraries.
