DCV Technologies Limited seeks a Procurement Call Handler to support landlords, agents and stakeholders. You will handle calls and emails, provide accurate information and assist the Procurement Team in day-to-day duties.

The role is fully remote in the UK, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a temporary contract of 3-6 months. A current DBS registered on Update Service is required.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, call handling, administration, property, or procurement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming property procurement calls and emails.
• Respond to new business enquiries from landlords and agents.
• Provide accurate information and ensure enquiries are dealt with promptly.
• Liaise with Procurement Officers and Property Administrators to keep customers updated.
• Support the wider Procurement Team with administration and day-to-day enquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Provide cover and support to other members of the Procurement Team when required.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, confidentiality, and data protection requirements are followed.
