RecruitMyMom is hiring a remote Property Sales Consultant to drive outbound outreach and appointment setting. The role operates fully remotely from South Africa, with UK working hours (09:00–17:00 GMT/BST) on a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential to convert to permanent based on performance and fit.

You will be on the phones daily, converting warm leads and past inquiries into qualified valuation appointments while coordinating with vendors and UK sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-volume outbound telesales or appointment setting.
• Knowledge of UK property sector is advantageous.
• Excellent spoken and written English with negotiation skills.
• Strict adherence to data privacy standards (UK GDPR).
• Willingness to start a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities

• Proactive outbound calling to rapidly qualify warm leads and convert calls into booked appointments.
• Secure property valuations by contacting vendors and handling objections to create urgency.
• Schedule and manage Viewber appointments and viewing calendars with proper handovers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records across Salesforce, Leadrocket, Street, Viewber, and Google Workspace; document call notes and next steps.
• Respond quickly on internal channels within 15 minutes during shifts.
