Job summary

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Procurement Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own purchase orders and supplier administration for a growing UK business.

You will raise and track purchase orders, obtain supplier quotes, maintain supplier records, chase deliveries, and produce monthly spend reports while collaborating with suppliers and the finance team.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years in procurement, purchasing or buying admin
• Experience raising purchase orders in an ERP such as SAP, Sage or NetSuite
• Strong Excel skills
• Clear written English for supplier communication
• Accuracy with numbers and documents
• Nice to have CIPS study, completed or in progress; experience with UK suppliers

Responsibilities

• Raise and track purchase orders

• Chase deliveries and resolve invoice queries with finance
