Expedock is seeking a Property Services Coordinator as the operational link between tenants, property owners and contractors. Working fully remotely, you will manage maintenance queries, coordinate repairs and ensure statutory property compliance across our residential portfolio.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and calm under pressure, with strong UK housing compliance knowledge and excellent remote communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UK property management or related field.
• Solid understanding of UK residential housing regulations (Gas Safety, EPCs, HHSRS).
• Proficient with cloud-based property software and MS 365/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance across the portfolio.
• Serve as main contact for tenant and landlord repair inquiries via phone, email and portals.
• Diagnose issues remotely and dispatch contractors with clear scopes.
