ProfitCoach is a fully remote company seeking a hands-on, client-facing professional to turn property management operations into reliable software-enabled processes. You will design, implement, and optimize workflows, and guide clients through solutions.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, have ops or automation experience, and relish building scalable processes with modern tools. This is a remote, full-time role with a competitive hourly compensation and health stipend.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management operations or a strong technical background in automation, workflows, or CRM systems.
• Excellent ability to communicate clearly in English with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes for core property management operations, sales, and client needs.
• Test and validate processes within workflow automation software to ensure reliable execution across connected systems.
• Analyze existing processes to identify efficiency improvements and enhance automation.
• Own SOPs and translate processes into clear diagrams using LucidChart to support training and scale.
• Ensure quality and alignment with PM Ops standards across workflows.
• Champion continuous process improvement across teams and tools.
