Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing multi-site operations and dispersed teams.
• Experience leading large operational organizations in service-based environments.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, budgeting, and planning.
• Experience leading sales teams and customer experience initiatives.
• Ability to take initiatives from concept to implementation while aligning teams.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
• Creative, analytical thinker who identifies opportunities and drives change.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA strongly preferred.
