Job summary

Educo LLC is hiring an Operations Manager to design, implement, and oversee the operational infrastructure. From system automation to process design, you will connect strategy to execution with the founder and creative teams.

You will build internal tools, dashboards, and client portals, while leading remote teams and aligning tech stack with growth goals. This role emphasizes no-code workflows, CRM optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, systems building, or technical PM for digital products or education sectors.
• Strong knowledge of no-code tool stack (Airtable, Notion, Make, Zapier, Typeform, Framer).
• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the education division across systems and teams.
• Design and maintain automated workflows with Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Typeform.
• Build and manage internal docs, SOPs, dashboards, and process maps.
• Lead team operations: scheduling, communications, hiring systems, performance tracking.
• Own and optimize CRM and customer journeys using HubSpot.
