Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership in multi-site operations.
• Experience in private equity-backed environments is a plus.
• Ability to translate initiatives into action with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Influence and communicate the strategic direction of the organization.
