Somewhere is seeking a Senior Property Manager for a fully remote role overseeing a portfolio of residential properties. You will coordinate maintenance workflows, vendor management in AppFolio, and tenant communications during Los Angeles business hours. Prior LA market experience is highly preferred.

Work from Mexico or Colombia with strong English and native Spanish, ensuring precise documentation and excellent resident retention. The role focuses on operations rather than leasing.

Competenze

• Remote residential property management: 3+ years in a remote capacity.
• Hands-on AppFolio experience is required.
• LA/Southern California property management knowledge preferred.
• Excellent English and native Spanish language skills.
• Willingness to work full-time during PST business hours.

Mansioni

• Manage maintenance workflows and vendor oversight in AppFolio.
• Coordinate resident communications and tenant services in English and Spanish.
• Oversee unit turnovers, inspections, and vendor scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records and monthly reporting inputs.
