Job summary

TNCR Property Management, based in Commerce, CA, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential and mixed-use properties across the LA/OC region. This role focuses on tenant relations, owner communications, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in property management, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with AppFolio or similar software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Property Management industry.
• Bilingual required: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proven experience managing residential and/or multifamily properties.
• Strong working knowledge of property management software (AppFolio or similar systems preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities across a large, active portfolio.
• Reliable transportation for periodic property visits and inspections throughout the LA/OC market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations across the LA/OC portfolio in accordance with TNCR policies and procedures.
• Manage tenant relations, including inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between tenants, ownership, vendors, and internal departments.
• Conduct regular property and unit inspections and document findings.
• Coordinate and oversee marketing and leasing activities; review rental pricing and leasing performance.
• Oversee maintenance work orders and coordinate with technicians and vendors.
• Manage rent collections, delinquencies, notices, and eviction processes per laws.
• Schedule move-in/move-out inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide operational reporting and maintain accurate documentation.
