The position operates fully remote from Canada, with standard hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Montreal time, Monday to Saturday, and is a full-time freelance engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, facilities coordination, or hospitality maintenance.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with multitasking.
• Experience with Breezeway, Hostaway, Guesty or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance tickets across a portfolio of Canadian properties.
• Monitor, assign, track, and resolve maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Prioritize urgent incidents, review contractor quotations, and manage repair costs.
• Verify completed repairs and maintain accurate records in the operations system.
