Job summary

Partner Company, a U.S.-based residential property management firm serving the Tampa Bay area, seeks a remote Property Maintenance Coordinator. You will oversee upkeep operations, coordinate between tenants, property managers, and service providers, and drive timely resolution of maintenance requests.

You will manage work orders in AppFolio, audit invoices, negotiate vendor rates, onboard qualified contractors, and maintain precise records.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in property maintenance coordination and AppFolio.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working fully remote during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

• Monthly compensation of USD $1,400–$1,800 plus birthday and testimonial bonuses.
• Fully remote work from anywhere in South Africa with no tracking software.
