Propertyse is seeking a remote Maintenance Coordinator to engage with tenants and vendors, schedule maintenance, and drive projects to completion. You will respond via the company portal, email, text, and phone, ensuring timely updates and proactive problem-solving.

You’ll build and maintain project dashboards, coordinate with vendors, and help train new team members while using tools like ClickUp, Asana, and Google Sheets. A strong organizer with proactive communication is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• B1/B2 or higher proficiency in English required.
• Remote role requiring reliable internet and own computer.
