Qualifications

• Ability to investigate problems, evaluate information, and make well-supported decisions.
• Ability to interpret detailed policies, guidelines, or technical information and apply them accurately.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar concepts and apply knowledge practically.
• Proficiency with mobile/desktop tools to document claims in field and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and involved parties to gather information and resolve claims.
• Interact with emotionally charged stakeholders and maintain professional service.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports to support the claims process.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims up to $500,000.
