Job summary

National General is seeking a Property Desk Adjuster to investigate and evaluate homeowners claims from start to finish. You will confirm facts, determine coverage, assess damages, and negotiate settlements within your authority.

The role includes managing supplements, ALE, contents, and full claim ownership while delivering superior customer service. Ideal candidates have desk and field claims experience, an active adjuster license or reciprocity, and proficiency with Xactimate.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Homeowners first party claims and subrogation.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and claims lifecycle management.
• Active adjuster license or reciprocity-eligible states preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate homeowners property claims start to finish.
• Confirm facts of loss, determine coverage, assess damages, negotiate settlements.
• Manage supplements, ALE, contents and overall claim ownership.
• Deliver excellent customer service with clear, timely communication.
