Responsibilities

• Handles investigation regarding Homeowners first party claims including coverage, damages, and subrogation.
• Applies increased experience at Adjuster II level or rotation into specialty positions.
• Partners with reps for fraud/subrogation as needed to achieve best outcomes.
• Recognizes residential construction components and home systems.
• Identifies customer needs and uses appropriate service skills to meet them.
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling.
• Maintains broad understanding of company policies and industry relationships.
