Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking an Inside Property Claims Adjuster for a remote US role. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle personal and commercial property claims via phone and other remote channels, covering structural damage, contents, ALE, scheduled property and business income.

Qualifications

• Experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent in the insurance industry.
• College degree or equivalent education in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, settlement techniques, and claims management practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims across personal and commercial lines, including structural damage, contents, ALE, scheduled property and business income.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels to explain decisions and provide a professional experience.
• Coordinate with independent adjusters and contractors to ensure quality, timely service.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation holdback tasks.
• Follow established claims procedures for communication, coverage verification, loss investigation, valuation, reporting, negotiation and settlement.
• Meet productivity targets, aiming for 70 claim elements per month (85 for contents-focused roles).
• Support catastrophe claims operations across the service territory, including overnight travel when required.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriting, marketing and other teams to maintain smooth claim flow.
