Job summary

Jobgether is assisting a partner company in recruiting a Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) to work remotely across the United States. The role involves investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving property insurance claims for personal and commercial lines, including ALE and business income claims.

Qualifications

• Experience as inside property claims specialist or equivalent in insurance.
• Strong investigation, valuation, negotiation and settlement knowledge.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial property insurance products and coverage.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain adjuster licenses within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve personal and commercial property losses, including structural damage, contents, ALE, scheduled property and business income claims.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels to explain decisions and ensure a responsive claims experience.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections and expertise to ensure quality and timely service.
• Assist resolution specialists with tasks like contents valuation and depreciation holdback calculations.
