Job summary

Partner Company is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) based in the United States for a full-time remote role. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property claims, covering personal and commercial losses, including ALE, scheduled property, and business income.

You will work with policyholders via phone and channels, coordinating with adjusters and contractors to ensure timely settlement in line with coverage and regulations.

Qualifications

• Inside property claims specialist with insurance industry experience.
• College degree in insurance or business.
• Knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial property products and coverage.
• Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses within six months.
• Experience with commercial property claims and continuuing education through IIA/CPCU or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve personal and commercial property claims, including structure, contents, ALE, and business income.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels, explaining decisions.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections and expertise.
• Assist with contents valuation and depreciation holdback calculations.
• Follow established claims procedures for coverage verification, valuation, and settlement.
• Meet productivity targets (70 elements/month; 85 for contents focus).
• Support catastrophe claims operations, including overnight travel when required.
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
