Travelers is seeking a Technical Specialist, Outside Property to handle complex first-party property claims, including inspections at customer sites. You will lead investigations, assess coverage, and negotiate settlements while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires relocation flexibility within Maryland area and may involve travel. The position emphasizes strong claims-management skills, data-driven decision making, and proficiency with industry software.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Three years of property or comparable claim related experience.
• Active adjuster license, where applicable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage and document highly complex 1st party property claims.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and vendors.
• Investigate and evaluate facts to determine coverage.
• Provide timely communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and maintain records in systems.
