Travelers is seeking a Claim Rep, Outside Property, to manage, inspect, and settle 1st party property claims across residential and commercial properties. This remote role involves travel within the assigned territory and requires you to work with insureds, vendors, and teammates with empathy and professionalism.

You will gather information, determine coverage, document damages, and communicate clearly while maintaining accuracy and timely service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; two years of property claim experience preferred.
• Active adjuster license where applicable.
• Proficient in claims management and estimating software; strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under limited supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party vendors.
• Investigate and evaluate facts; determine and apply coverage for property damages.
• Establish accurate scope of damages for buildings and contents; create estimates.
• Provide timely, professional communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate with contractors or insured's representatives; maintain claim records.
• Adapt to new technology and systems; pursue required licenses within three months.
• May require extensive travel to support customers across locations.
