Formación

• Minimum of two years property claim experience.
• Active adjuster license, where applicable.
• Proficient in claims management and estimating software; advanced MS Office and enterprise systems.

Responsabilidades

• Review, investigate, and document first-party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and vendors.
• Investigate facts, determine coverage, and establish damages.
• Provide timely, professional updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate with contractors and insured representatives with guidance.
• Maintain accurate claim activity in systems.
