Jobgether's partner company seeks an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) for remote work in the United States. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property claims across personal and commercial lines via phone and remote channels.

Qualifications

• Experience as inside property claims specialist or equivalent in insurance.
• College degree or equivalent education in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation and settlement.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial property products, coverage, and procedures.
• Ability to investigate thoroughly, exercise sound judgment and reach settlements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses within six months of hire.
• Experience handling commercial property claims and continuing insurance education (IIA/CPCU).

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims, assess coverage, damages, and values.
• Negotiate settlements and close claims in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate with independent adjusters and contractors for inspections.
• Assist resolution specialists with tasks like contents valuation and depreciation.
• Follow established procedures for communication, loss investigation, and reporting.
• Meet productivity targets and contribute to catastrophe claims operations as needed.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriting, marketing and other stakeholders.
