Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property insurance claims remotely in the United States. This full-time role handles both personal and commercial losses, coordinating with contractors and independent adjusters to support accurate, timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent in insurance.
• College degree or equivalent education in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve personal and commercial property claims, including structural damage, contents, ALE, and business income.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels to explain decisions and provide a professional claims experience.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for field inspections and timely service.
• Assist resolution specialists with tasks such as contents valuation and depreciation holdback calculations.
• Follow established claims procedures for communication, coverage verification, loss investigation, and settlement.
• Meet productivity targets (70 claim elements per month; 85 for contents-focused roles).
• Support catastrophe claims operations across the service territory, including overnight travel if needed.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriting, sales, and other stakeholders.
