Responsibilities

• Property Onboarding & Integration: Develop budgets and onboarding plans for newly acquired properties; ensure contracts and documentation transfer.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Asset Management, Leasing, Construction, Accounting, Legal, and Operations; coordinate closing checklists.
• Vendor Management: Oversee utilities, contracts, and vendor agreements; ensure standards and risk management.
• Financial & Operational Oversight: Review historical financials; assist budgets and capex forecasts; monitor onboarding milestones and performance metrics.
