Job summary

CFS, a well-established real estate investment and management firm, seeks a Senior Property Accountant in Orlando, FL. The candidate will manage multiple entities, perform intercompany eliminations, and contribute to budgeting and audits, with a competitive salary and bonus potential. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1.5–3 years of accounting experience (staff or property accounting preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Yardi.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements for multiple entities.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and eliminations.
• Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Assist with budgeting and financial performance tracking.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting.
• Review expenses for accuracy and adherence to budgets.
• Support annual audit processes with documentation.
• Maintain accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements.

Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 + 10% Bonus

A well-established real estate investment and management firm is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join its growing team. The organization owns and operates a diverse portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties across multiple states.

Core Responsibilities
