Qualifications

• Solid understanding of commercial property management practices.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, due diligence, portfolio transitions, or large-scale property onboarding initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-state retail portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Property onboarding & integration: develop budgets, plan onboarding, transfer contracts and documentation, ensure system setup.
• Cross-functional leadership: coordinate with Asset Management, Leasing, Construction, Accounting, Legal and Operations; manage close timelines.
• Vendor management: oversee utilities and service contracts; ensure compliance and standardization; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Financial & operational oversight: review historical performance, assist budgets and CAPEX forecasts, monitor milestones and issues.
