Job summary

Curbline Properties is seeking a Property Management Acquisitions Coordinator to support operational due diligence for a high-volume retail portfolio. This remote role, based in Orlando or Tampa, collaborates with Acquisitions, Asset Management, Legal, and Accounting to ensure smooth integration of new assets and standardization of processes.

You will oversee onboarding, budgeting for underwriting, vendor transitions, and post-closing integration, leveraging Excel and strong project management

Qualifications

• Experience with acquisitions, due diligence, portfolio transitions, or large-scale property onboarding initiatives.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel for budgeting, financial modeling, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial budgets for underwriting review.
• Develop and execute onboarding plans for newly acquired properties.
• Ensure transfer of contracts, permits, and operating documents.
• Ensure accurate setup within property management and accounting systems.
• Coordinate closing checklists and transition timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support post-closing integration to achieve operational stability and portfolio consistency.
